General Employment Enterprises Inc. (AMEX: JOB) reported it signed a letter of intent to acquire On-Site Services Inc., a temporary staffing firm and payroll services company with $10 million in annual revenue, from WTS Acquisition Corp.

CEO Ronald Heineman said General Employment hopes to close the deal in the fourth quarter.

"Our vision is to build a national human resource outsourcing company with multiple product lines including permanent placement; temporary staffing including light industrial, medical, information technology, finance/accounting; professional employer services; professional contractors; and other products synergistic with the HRO platform," Heineman said in a statement.

Oakbrook IL-based professional staffing firm General Employment sold a majority stake in itself to PSQ LLC earlier this year, with Heineman taking over as CEO. General Employment recently reported revenue of $2.5 million for its fiscal third quarter ended June 30.
