General Employment Enterprises Inc. (NYSE MKT: JOB) received a letter from NYSE MKT LLC stating the company is out of compliance with listing standards. The warning came because General Employment has not timely file an annual report with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2012.

 The company said it intends to submit a plan to NYSE MKT to regain compliance. Its stock will be delisted if it does not return to compliance.

General Employment also reported it will work with its new public accounting firm to file its annual report for the year.
