Futurestep, a division of Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY), named Viquar (Vic) Khan as managing director of global operations, a new position within the company. Khan will focus on using Korn Ferry’s intellectual property within Futurestep’s service offerings and developing the organization’s global capability to support clients across its recruitment centers.

Khan most recently was director of global client/shared service centers at Alexander Mann Solutions, where he established global delivery platforms for on-shoring, near-shoring and off-shoring. He also led strategy and operations at the company’s five global delivery centers.
