Futurestep appointed William "Bill" Sebra as president of its North American business. Sebra will be responsible for growing the company's recruitment process outsourcing, consulting and retained search services across the United States and Canada.

Sebra joins Futurestep from RiseSmart, where he created a new RPO service line to complement that company's existing outplacement business. He previously served as president of Bartech Government Solutions and president and CEO of Kenexa Government Solutions (formerly Knowledge Workers Inc.).
