Futurestep, a subsidiary of Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY), named Jeanne MacDonald as chief sales officer. She will report directly to Futurestep CEO Byrne Mulrooney and take responsibility for the firm's global sales strategy and aligning its regional sales teams.

MacDonald joined Futurestep in 1998 and most recently served as vice president and general manager for the RPO & project recruitment solutions business in North America.

“As the global market for talent acquisition solutions evolves, Futurestep’s unique global footprint and ability to provide our clients with sophisticated, multi-country and multi-service solutions is a significant competitive advantage,” Mulrooney said. “To date, North America has been the hub of many of our global contracts in line with market trend and Jeanne's experience spearheading this portfolio will be invaluable to her new role.”
