Futurestep, a subsidiary of Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY), added Charlie Eye to the firm as vice president, government solutions. He will be based in Reston, Va. Eye founded Employer Services Corporation in 1994, placing recruitment consultants for local companies and later offering full recruitment process outsourcing services. MPS Group/Beeline acquired Employer Services Corporation in 2007.
