France - Synergie grows by +32.4%, seeks German acquisition

Revenues were up by +32.4% from 244.5 million Euro in Q1 2010 to 323.7 million Euro in Q1 2011 at Synergie SA (SDG:PAR), the staffing and training services group.

In France revenues were up by +30.1% in Q1 2011 compared with Q1 2010 whilst revenues generated outside France grew by +36% during the same period.

The company says in a statement "this high level of revenues in the first quarter of 2011 is a great start to the year. We aim to increase total revenues by at least +15%, excluding acquisitions, in 2011."

"We are continuing our acquisition negotiations across Europe and, in particular, in Germany."

In early trading Synergie's shares were up by 3.77% to 22.30 Euro.
