France – Strong growth in France and abroad boosts Groupe CRIT’s results

French staffing firm Groupe Crit (CEN: FP) reported revenue for the second quarter ending 30 June 2015 of €505.9 million, an increase of 17.5% from €430.4 million for the same period in 2014 (+13.5% on a like-for-like perimeter basis and constant change).

In a statement the group indicated that growth was accelerating when compared with the previous quarter. Furthermore, both French and international operations contributed to this strong growth.

Groupe Crit’s staffing business accounted for 85.1% of total group revenue in Q2 2015. Broken down by region, the company reported revenue as follows:

The remainder of Groupe Crit’s business (accounting for 14.9% of total group revenue) comprised airport services.

In the same statement, the group management declared it is confident the growth momentum observed during this strong start to the year will persist for the remainder of 2015.

In trading today, the company’s share price rose by 0.54% to €49.59, an increase of 8.9% from a year ago. Based on its current share price, the company has a market value of €540.6 million.
