French staffing firm DLSI Groupe (ALDLS: PAR) announced it has acquired the entire share capital of staffing firm C2A Conseil located in the Rhône-Alpes region. The transaction, financed entirely by equity, was sealed on 17 July 2015. Financial details were not released. 

With this operation, the group confirms its ambition to become a major player in staffing and recruitment in the French market. C2A Conseil, a generalist staffing firm, achieved a turnover of €6 million in 2014, with an attractive positioning in terms of geography and customer base.

This acquisition strengthens the positioning of DLSI in the Rhône-Alpes region with a presence in Savoy, which borders Switzerland where the group operates under the PEMSA brand.

DLSI says it is planning on expanding its business outside its French home market, targeting Switzerland, Germany and Belgium.
