Pre-Employment screening and recruitment agency Acca Evaluation and outsourcing specialist Arcade Conseil have merged to form Groupe Anveol, a new staffing agency, which provides the whole spectrum of staffing services across France.

Acca Evaluation was founded in 1997 whilst Arcade Conseil was founded in 1988.

The new group Anveol is based in France's second largest city Lyon and has 400 offices throughout France.

Anveol Chairman, Guillaume Allais, commented "based on the long experience of its two complementary entities, Anveol defines itself as an architect of human capital and provides an overall HR service to both the public and the private sector."

Metrics of the deal were not made available.
