Fortune Industries Inc. (AMEX: FFI), an Indianapolis-based firm that provides professional employer organization services, estimated revenue of between $62.0 million to $66.0 million for its fiscal year ending June 10, 2010.

The company's revenue of $53.5 million in its previous fiscal year is based on 10 months of revenue as it moved the end of its fiscal year to June 30 from August 31. Fortune also sold non-PEO business on Nov. 30, 2008, to focus on its PEO segment.

"The economy is still very weak, and our guidance of $0.08 per share fully diluted is based on a flat, stable economy going forward," CEO John Fisbeck said in a statement.
