Former Job Board Exec's Forfeiture Incorrect

An appeals court upheld the 2009 conviction of former Monster Worldwide Inc. Chief Operating Officer James Treacy for improperly accounting for backdated stock options, but found his $6.3 million forfeiture was incorrect, Bloomberg News reported. A new calculation would lower the amount.
