Adea Inc., an Irving TX-based information technology consulting firm, announced today it is spinning off its staffing business, called Managed Staffing. The staffing business serves more than 40 clients and works exclusively through vendor management systems. It is headquartered in Irving with offices in Minneapolis and India.

"Both our technology solutions and staffing businesses have experienced sustained profitable growth," said Abid Abedi, chairman of Adea and Managed Staffing. "However, each has a very different business model and they need to be run separately to optimize their respective growth and profitability."
