Clearview Staffing Software was acquired by API Healthcare.

Clearview's technology provides healthcare staffing firms with automated recruiting, onboarding, licensing, credentialing, scheduling, managing and paying of medical professionals.

Clearview will continue to operate out of its Dallas office. API announced there will be no down time in service and key contacts will remain the same for Clearview clients. In addition, all training, implementation and support will continue as scheduled.

Privately held API is based in Hartford WI. Its products provide time and attendance, staff scheduling, human resources/payroll, patient classification, and business analytics to healthcare organizations such as hospitals.

Clearview will continue to operate out of its office in Dallas.
