Firm Buys New Jersey Healthcare Staffing Provider

June 25, 2012

Accountable Healthcare Holdings Corp, a Boca Raton, Fla.-based healthcare staffing provider, acquired Invita Healthcare Staffing Corporation, a company that specializes in per diem, travel contract and permanent placement of healthcare professionals in New Jersey and contiguous states.

“We are very pleased to have Invita join the Accountable family,” said Accountable Chairman and CEO Robert Adamson. “While Invita will be rebranded to Accountable Healthcare Staffing, the business will retain the same staff and continue to offer an excellence in customer service that made them a market leader of quality healthcare staffing in New Jersey.”

Adamson is also the former CEO of Medical Staffing Network, one of the largest providers of per diem nursing in the U.S.

East Brunswick, N.J.-based Invita represents Accountable’s second recent transaction this quarter. For more on Accountable Healthcare, click here.
