Accountable Healthcare Holdings Corp, a Boca Raton, Fla.-based healthcare staffing provider, completed the acquisition of Med-Staff Oklahoma, a Tulsa, Okla.-based staffing firm that focuses on travel nurse staffing. Med-Staff also provides physical and occupational therapists and diagnostic imaging techs.

Med-Staff founders Stan Tallon and Julie Pickens will continue to manage the growth of the business after the acquisition. Med-Staff will also continue to operate under its own brand as part of Accountable Healthcare.
