ODESIA Group Inc. acquired all issued and outstanding shares of privately held Gestion Passerelle Inc., a Montreal-based staffing provider, for C$850,000 (US$874,369) and the issuance of 300,000 shares.

ODESIA expects the acquisition to increase revenue approximately 25 percent and provide a new IT service offering that accelerates new business development growth opportunities.
