Convention Models & Talent Inc., a staffing firm serving the international convention and tradeshow industry, acquired BMT Staffing Solutions’ database of clients as well as leads flowing through its website. BMT is an event talent provider in the U.S. and Canada.

The deal closed Jan. 15, and terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“CMT has made significant investments in infrastructure including new employees and a world-class website/booking system,” said CMT President and CEO Shelly Justice. “That infrastructure can easily handle additional volume,” said CMT President and CEO Shelly Justice. 

The BMT brand will not remain and CMT will not retain any BMT employees. All associated business will now be booked through CMT.

Atlanta-based CMT provides U.S.-based companies event staffing in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Australia and the United Arab Emirates.
