ATC Healthcare Inc. (AMEX: AHN) said the American Stock Exchange granted the company an extension until Jan. 24 to file its quarterly report for the period ending Aug. 31. The exchange had sent the company a letter on Oct. 24 saying it didn't meet listing requirements because it hadn't yet filed its report with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
