Employers trim college hiring plans

April 18, 2013

Employers cut their hiring expectations for the class of 2013, according to a report from the National Association of Colleges and Employers. Employers surveyed by NACE reported they plan to hire 2.1 percent more college grads from the class of 2013 than they hired from the class of 2012. However, the projected increase is down from a forecast of 13 percent made last fall.

The NACE survey included responses from 196 employers.
