EmployBridge, an Atlanta-based staffing provider, acquired the assets of ALLINES Staffing Professionals, a Baltimore, Md.-based firm that provides industrial, office/clerical and other staffing.

ALLINES has four branch operations and two vendor-on-premise locations. It provides service in Maryland, Virginia, Ohio, North Carolina, Minnesota and the District of Columbia.

“This transaction significantly expands our presence in the fast-growing Mid-Atlantic region and adds quality leadership and branch staff to our team,” said EmployBridge President and CEO Tom Bickes.

EmployBridge’s brands include ResourceMFG, ProLogistix and ProDrivers. The firm provides industrial staffing in the areas of specialty manufacturing, warehousing/logistics and transportation.
