Mobile AL-based Multi Staffing has five offices in Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee. It provides industrial and office/clerical staffing.

The combined company employs 230 corporate staff and places more than 30,000 temporary associates each year. The acquisition of Multi Staffing will also give Elwood a total of 45 offices and put it on track for revenue of more than $200 million in 2010.
