Online staffing firm Elance-oDesk announced today Daphne Li joined the company as senior VP of enterprise, effective immediately. Li will be responsible for Elance-oDesk’s private talent cloud offering, a platform for managing freelance workforces.

Prior to joining Elance-oDesk, Li led the development of enterprise markets, solutions and services companies including ADP, Apple and Bain & Company. Li holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA, both from Stanford University.
