Egon Zehnder changes New York office leadership

March 25, 2015

Executive search firm Egon Zehnder announced Patrick O’Brien will assume leadership of its New York office, the company’s largest office. O’Brien takes over from Alan Hilliker.

O’Brien joined Egon Zehnder in 2010 following a 15-year career in financial services at General Electric and Allstate.

Former New York office leader Hilliker will focus on board consulting and CEO recruitment across industry sectors. He will be based in New York, but will also support growing the firm’s Washington office.

In addition, O’Brien’s former role as leader of the firm’s financial services practice in the Americas will be assumed by Francisco Paret. Based in New York, Paret was in investment banking for more than 10 years before joining Egon Zehnder.
