EDI Specialists, a staffing firm focusing on enterprise application integration and information technology, has acquired Premier Resource Group (PRG). This deal augments the company's Key IT, the company's information technology division, which includes staffing services. James Fabiano, owner of Premier, will stay with EDI as executive vice president. 

With this addition, EDI's IT division has nationwide resources for staff augmentation, direct hire, consulting and outsourcing projects.

"His addition and the acquisition of PRG not only expands our capabilities, but also allows us to fill customer requests more quickly."
