Dice Holdings Inc. (NYSE: DHX) announced it acquired AllHealthcareJobs.com, a job Web site focused on the healthcare industry.

Dice operates the Dice.com job board Web site for information technology professionals. The company also operates eFinancialCareers.com, for financial jobs, and ClearanceJobs.com, for jobs the require security clearances.

AllHealthcareJobs.com's purchase price included $2.8 million in cash and 205,000 in shares plus an earnout of another $1.0 million in the next two years.
