Delta Cos. plan 27% growth for 2009

January 16, 2009

The Delta Companies, a Dallas-based healthcare and finance/accounting staffing firm, said today it estimates 2009 revenue will grow by 27%. The firm plans to add 61 new employees, a 29% increase in headcount, to help fuel the growth.

"While the rest of the country is preparing to insulate themselves from this down economy, our stance is that this is the best time to play offense," said Chief Talent Officer Ryan Tipton. "We will be hiring another enterprise talent acquisition manager to assist in our growth this year. We have beefed up our staff and will also be adding selection tools to help us take advantage of the current talent in the market. All of these efforts will pay off because our bench of players will be strong and prepared for our client's needs over the next few years."

The Delta Companies ranked No. 7 this year on Staffing Industry Analysts' list of fastest-growing staffing companies. It reported 2007 revenue of $40.8 million.
