Digital Intelligence Systems LLC, a McLean, Va.-based IT staffing and consulting firm, appointed Thomas Fink as CFO, to oversee the company’s finance and business operations.

Fink previously served as the  first CFO for CapitalSource Inc., a commercial lending company, where he helped manage the company’s capital structure and its transition from a private to a public company. Prior to CapitalSource, he worked for 12 years in the aviation industry, including as treasurer and then vice president of purchasing for US Airways.  

DISYS ranked No. 15 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2012 list of fastest-growing U.S. staffing firms.
