Creative Staffing, a South Florida staffing firm, promoted John Bitterman to president and equity partner. Bitterman had served as senior vice president and chief operating officer. Bitterman will continue to run and direct the day-to-day operations of Creative Staffing’s South Florida locations. Company founder Ann Machado will remain CEO.

Creative Staffing is headquartered in Miami and operates a second office in North Miami to serve North Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Fla. In business for 27 years, it reports annual revenue of between $5 million and $10 million, according to Machado.
