Crdentia goes private

January 20, 2009

Healthcare staffing firm Crdentia Corp. is now a private company. It announced Friday that a reverse stock split has been completed to allow for its transition from a public company.

The Dallas-based company continues to handle travel nurse staffing, per diem, allied healthcare, locum tenens and homecare.

Crdentia announced last June it planned to go private. The company reported revenue of $32.5 million for the year ended Dec. 31, 2007, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
