Kforce Inc. (NASD: KFRC) entered into a stock purchase agreement to sell all of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of Kforce Healthcare Inc., the operating subsidiary for Kforce's health information management segment. An item in the Aug. 4 Daily News incorrectly reported the firm’s healthcare IT business had been sold.
