Corporate Resource Services Inc. (OTCBB: CRRS), which last year ranked as the 34^th-largest staffing firm in the U.S., is consolidating its operations under the Corporate Resource Services brand instead of the multiple brands it now uses. The move follows a series of acquisitions made over the last four years.

Divisions to begin operating under Corporate Resource Services brand in the coming months include TS Staffing Services, Diamond Staffing Services, AccountAbilities, Corporate Resource Development and Integrated Consulting Group.

The company’s Insurance Overload subsidiary, which provides insurance staffing, will switch to the Corporate Resource Services Insurance Overload Staffing brand.

“This allows us to brand our organization as one entity and consolidates our service offerings under one brand,” said Chief Operating Officer Mark Levine.

“In addition, this initiative makes it clear to our customers the scale and breadth of the company they are utilizing for their staffing solutions,” Levine said. “By consolidating to the Corporate Resource Services brand, we are able to continue to build our organization and realize greater operational efficiencies that will enhance our market presence and increase our overall profitability.”
