Corporate Resource Services receives listing notice extension

July 14, 2014

New York-based staffing firm Corporate Resource Services Inc. (NASD: CRRS) on July 9 received an extension from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC to regain compliance with listing standards.

The company was notified in May that it was not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) because it has not timely filed its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended April 4, which was required to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 20.

Corporate Resource Services on July 1 filed its Form 10-K for the period ended Jan. 3, but has not as yet filed its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended April 4. It now has until Sept. 29 to file all delinquent reports or Nasdaq will provide written notification that its securities will be delisted. At that time, the company may appeal the determination to a hearings panel.
