Corporate Resource Services CEO Steps Down

Corporate Resource Services Inc. (OTCBB: CRRS) CEO Jay Schecter stepped down from his roles as CEO, board member and company secretary effective Oct. 8, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. John Messina will replace him as CEO until a successor is found.

Messina has served as president of Corporate Resource Services since March 2009 and been a board member since April 2007.

Messina also served as treasurer and he will be replaced in that role by Michael Golde, who has served as CFO at Corporate Resource Services since May.

Gina Russo will take on the role of secretary at Corporate Resource Services.

Corporate Resource Services ranks No. 34 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest staffing firms in the U.S. with staffing revenue of $345 million in 2011.
