Corporate Resource Services Inc. (OTCBB: CRRS), a New York-based staffing firm, announced it plans to enter the retail energy services industry with the formation of Abest Power & Gas LLC, a joint venture with Frank Rosa, who is a veteran of the energy industry.

Abest Power & Gas will operate as an energy services company to supply electricity and gas to residential and commercial customers in states where deregulation allows consumers to choose their energy provider.
