Corporate Resource Services Inc. (OTC: CRRS.OB) appointed Scott Schecter as CFO. Schecter, 54, had been serving as a consultant to the company's accounting and finance department for a year. Prior to that, Schecter was CFO and then CEO of Hydrogen Corp., a power-plant manufacturer. Schecter's contract with Corporate Resource Services ends Sept. 30, 2015.
