The RightThing, a Findlay OH-based provider of recruitment process outsourcing, announced it was chosen by the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company to provide recruiting and hiring support for its North American employee base. The RightThing's services will include an enhanced applicant tracking system, according to the company.

Goodyear employs more than 70,000 people, manufacturing products in more than 60 facilities in 25 countries.
