Pinstripe Inc., a Brookfield WI-based recruitment process outsourcing firm, said it was chosen by Agilent Technologies to provide RPO services for hiring exempt and non-exempt workers in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Brazil.

The vendor-selection process included a simulation stress tests where finalists for the RPO contract were asked to source, screen and present a slate of candidates for a product manager position in Agilent's life sciences business within three days, according to Pinstripe.

Agilent is a Santa Clara CA-based technology company that posted 2008 revenue of $5.8 billion.
