Yahoo Inc. (NASD: YHOO) announced this week that it retained Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASD: HSII) to assist in its search for a new CEO. The company said Monday that its present CEO, company co-founder Jerry Yang, will return to his former role of "chief yahoo" after a new CEO is brought on board.
