CIBER Inc. (NYSE: CBR) announced it received a three-year contract from the Florida Department of Management Services to provide technology consulting -- including staffing services. The deal allows the company to continue providing services to state, county and municipal agencies as well as educational institutions, according to the company. CIBER said it has partnered with the state of Florida since 1999.

Modis Inc., the information technology unit of MPS Group Inc. (NYSE: MPS), said it was tapped to find technology professionals to assist Suzlon Wind Energy Corp. in the buildout of a new monitoring center in Chicago. Suzlon is a wind turbine manufacturer based in Pune, India, with operations in 21 countries.
