Agile-1 announced it was awarded a multi-year contract with Dominion Resources Inc., a nationwide producer and transporter of energy.

The deal calls for Agile-1 to provide managed service provider and vendor management system services at Dominion's corporate headquarters in Richmond VA.

Torrance CA-based Agile-1 is part of the privately held Act-1 Group. Act-1 ranked as the largest diversity staffing firm on Staffing Industry Analysts 2009 list of diversity staffing firms.

Agile-1 provides managed service provider services and a vendor management system as well as 1099 validation and payrolling services. It has a core competency in utilities and government.
