Contract Watch: Technisource

Technisource, an information technology staffing and services provider, reported that Ruth’s Hospitality Group is now using its after-hours service desk support program. 

Technisource will provide the services to the company from its Mechanicsburg, Penn., delivery center until 3 a.m. The help desk system aims to save customers 20 percent in spend on night and weekend support and to eliminate the need to place IT professionals “on call” at late hours, according to Technisource.

Ruth’s Hospitality Group is a publicly traded company with brands that include Ruth’s Chris Steak House restaurants, Mitchell’s Fish Market, Mitchell’s Steakhouse and Cameron’s Steakhouse.
