PeopleScout signed a three-year recruitment process outsourcing deal with United States Infrastructure Corp., a company that provides underground utilities locating services.

The RPO agreement includes employment branding, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer administration and pre-employment verification. PeopleScout will also provide its applicant tracking system.

United States Infrastructure Corp.'s brands include SM&P Utility Resources and Central Locating Services.
