CDI Corp. (NYSE: CDI) division inks service agreement with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Volt Consulting Group is chosen as MSP and VMS provider.

CDI Corp. (NYSE: CDI) announced Monday its CDI Aerospace division has entered into a five-year agreement to provide engineering services to the Lawrence Livermore National Lab National Ignition Facility in Livermore, Calif. CDI Aerospace will provide engineering services to Lawrence Livermore’s National Ignition and Photon Science Directorate, whose goal is to create nuclear fusion and energy gain for the first time in a lab. CDI Aerospace’s Phoenix Design Center will serve as the program center.

Volt Consulting Group has been chosen as managed services program and vendor management system provider for ATK, an aerospace, defense, and commercial products company. The engagement focuses on revising defined worker policy, standardizing management processes, improving oversight and tightening financial controls.
