Congress approves healthcare reform

March 26, 2010

Healthcare reform legislation that received final approval from Congress on Thursday will make many changes. But the biggest impact on the staffing industry will likely be the fees for companies that don't provide healthcare insurance, or whose plans don't meet certain requirements.

Employers could pay up to $2,000 for each full-time employee if they don't offer health insurance.

Staffing Industry Analysts released an updated Briefing on healthcare reform for corporate members. It's available by clicking here.
