Healthcare reform legislation that received final approval from Congress on Thursday will make many changes. But the biggest impact on the staffing industry will likely be the fees for companies that don't provide healthcare insurance, or whose plans don't meet certain requirements.
Employers could pay up to $2,000 for each full-time employee if they don't offer health insurance.
