Comsys IT Partners Inc. (NASD: CITP) acquired RCA Research Inc., an engineering services firm. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

RCA specializes in project-based engineering, environmental, green technology and FDA compliance managed services and provides staffing as well. Houston-based Comsys provides information technology staffing.

RCA Research senior VPs Daniel Rhodes and Michael Ruchman are joining Comsys.
