Command Center revenue falls 40%

Command Center Inc. (OTCBB: CCNI.PK) reported revenue fell 39.7% on a year-over-year basis to $13.2 million in its third quarter ended Sept. 25, 2009.

Third-quarter gross margin at the Post Falls ID-based industrial staffing firm increased to 28.2% from 27.5% in the year-ago quarter.

Command Center posted a third-quarter net loss of $249,776 compared with a net loss of $115,819 in the third quarter of the previous year.

Chairman and CEO Glenn Welstad said there have recently been an increasing number of opportunities and the company appears headed toward improved revenue and profitability in 2010.
