Command Center Inc. (OTCBB: CCNI.OB) named Todd Welstad as chief operating officer effective May 11. Welstad previously served as executive VP and chief information officer at the Post Fall ID-based commercial staffing firm and will continue with those duties in addition to serving as COO. He had served as chief information officer at Labor Ready Inc. from August 1993 through 2001.
