Command Center Revenue Rises 30%

August 31, 2011

Command Center Inc. (OTCBB: CCNI.OB), a Post Falls, Idaho-based staffing provider, today announced revenue rose approximately 30 percent in August. Revenue was $7.7 million during the four-week reporting period, compared with $5.9 million recorded in August 2010.

“Revenue numbers have stepped up nicely this summer and are approaching or exceeding $2 million per week,” said Command Center Chairman and CEO Glenn Welstad. “I am pleased with how well our employees and field team members have established Command’s presence in areas where there is a great need for the kind of skilled and unskilled workers that we provide.

“Currently, our branch offices are aggressively recruiting workers to service customers in the Bakken shale region and for the massive recovery and restoration projects in areas like Joplin, Missouri and Minot, South Dakota,” Welstad said. “We are also prepared to assist with post-Hurricane Irene clean-up activities, as needed. Responding to these types of situations in different parts of the country is what we are qualified to do best.”

There were 54 company-owned stores in August, as compared with 51 stores in the year-ago period.
