ClearPoint Business Resources Inc. (OTCBB: CBPR.OB) ended a deal with XRoads Solutions Group LLC that provided the company with an interim chief operating officer, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

XRoads had provided Brian Delle Donne COO. Delle Donne had previously served at Computer Horizons Corp. and RCM Technologies Inc. (NASD: RCMT).
